How it works

From a rough idea to a parcel on the doorstep. You see the design before anything is made.

  1. Design

    Tell us the occasion, how many you need and the date. A logo, a crest or a rough sketch is enough. We reply with a quote and a design proof.

  2. Approve

    Check the proof: names, dates, colours and the ribbon. Ask for a change, or approve it. Production does not start until you say yes.

  3. Delivered

    Your medals or badges are packed and sent to the address you give us, anywhere in New Zealand.

Questions we hear before a quote

What is the minimum order?

Minimums stay modest so a club, a school or a one-off event can order a sensible number rather than a warehouse full. The exact minimum depends on the medal or badge, the size and whether the shape is custom. Put your quantity on the quote form and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

How long does an order take?

Timing depends on the design, the quantity and the finish. Share the date you need them in hand and we will tell you whether that date is realistic. If the date is tight, say so in your message. We would rather be straight with you at the quote stage.

How is pricing worked out?

There is no single price list. The quote follows the size, the metal finish, the ribbon, the quantity and how custom the shape is. You receive a written price to accept. We do not make the order until you have approved that quote.

What artwork should I send?

A logo, a school crest, a sketch or a short description is enough to begin. Vector artwork (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) gives the sharpest result. A clear PNG, or a photo of a piece you want to echo, also works. If the artwork needs cleaning up, you will see that on the proof.

Can the medals come with ribbons?

Yes. Medals are normally finished with a neck ribbon. Choose a plain colour, or a ribbon printed with the event, the year or the club name. Note the colour and any wording on the quote form.

Do you deliver across New Zealand?

Yes. We send orders throughout New Zealand. The delivery address and the date you need them are part of the quote, and freight is confirmed at the same time so it is not a surprise later.

Will I see a proof before they are made?

Yes. You receive a digital design proof showing the layout, the wording and the colours. Please check names, dates and spelling. Production starts only after you approve that proof, and the proof is included with the quote.

Which finishes are available?

Sports medals are commonly offered in gold, silver and bronze tones, including matched sets for first, second and third. Badges include hard enamel pins, printed name badges and button badges. If you are unsure which way to go, choose both on the form or describe the occasion and we will suggest a direction.
